There are two beautiful young puppies! I am fostering them and the family bailed on me. I wish I could keep them both but I cannot sadly. Can get spayed for free. They are sisters so they need to go together. THEY ARE NOT JUST PITBULLS THEY ARE A MIX.

|Rescue Me ID: 17-06-08-00238Nikkiann (female)|
Rescue welcomes sweet Nikkiann. Nikkiann was born around the early part of March 2017 and is now ready to find her furever home. Her owner moved and left Nikkiann to fend for herself. The neighbors called the police when Nikkiann got in their trash trying to find food to survive. After much to do, Nikkiann found her way into a foster home where she was fed and received full vetting including being spayed. Nikkiann shows her gratitude in every way. She is nearly completely potty trained, leash trained and follows verbal commands. She loves people and is doing well with her foster brothers and sisters and is managing with the outdoor cat as well. Nikkiann deserves the best home ever and we are hoping that the perfect person for her will see her and fall in love. To apply to adopt, go to brantleyanimalrescuecoalition.weebly.com (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 17-04-23-00494Stormy (female)|
Stormy (F) Arrival date March 29, 2017 ( 2 years old at intake) Adoption fee $100 Stormy was pulled from Animal Control. Upon her intake at Animal Control she was in danger of immediate euthanasia as she was perceived to be vicious. She was being handled solely by men and her terror caused her to react with aggression. Upon her arrival into our care, her fears of everything were so great, that the decision was made to remove her post and allow her time to respond to the nurturing care of staff and volunteers. Much time was spent with her cuddled into their laps or leaning into them as she breathed a sigh of relief that came with the realization that she was safe and surrounded with love. Stormy will require a secure physically fenced yard in her new home. Our newly launched website http://smithgallhumanesociety.org/ has all info regarding adoption polices and procedures under tab 'All Adoptable Animals'. Please read them before applying. A fill-able application form under same tab can be completed and submitted online. All of our residents require an adopter approval process as we strive to place them in homes which will meet their needs and keep them safe. We do not ship nor transport our residents. Approved adopters must come to the shelter to accompany their new family member on the journey home. Charles Smithgall Humane Society (CSHS) is a 'No kill' shelter which provides quality care and the medical services of spay/neuter-all vaccines, deworming, vet exam, standard disease testing and monthly heart worm prevention treatment for dogs. Animals in our care remain safe with us until adopted. Animals are primarily owner relinquished. The facility usually is operating at full capacity with a list of animals waiting for space to open. Adoption hours are Tues-Sat 10-4 and Sun 1-4. Contact or visit CSHS, 4823 Helen Hwy. 75N, Sautee, GA 30571, phone: 706-865-4135 email: email@example.com . The shelter is located 4 miles south of the alpine town of Helen in the NE Georgia mountains. (Less)

Gideon is a Male Blue Weimaraner. He will be 5 in February. He has shown some aggression with my other male ( who he has been with since he was 5 months old) but is fine and playful with my 2 females. He is very affectionate and just wants to cuddle with you and is Velcro like Weim should be.He is protective of his turf and human, but does fine at dog parks and pet stores. I am unsure about how he is with kids as we do not have any, but has been fine with the ones he has met in public. He is used to sleeping in my bed and to laying on the sofa with me. He is mouthy when it comes to treats, and must be reminded to be gentle. He is potty trained and will alert when he needs to go out. He know how to sit, lay, shake and speak. He needs a good home without any other male dogs. He does very well with my 86 year old father. He does jump, but does not jump on you. I prefer you email me if interested. (Less)

Weimaraner Dogs can make good pets in Georgia if they match your IifestyIe. The Weimaraner is a graceful gray gun dog. Weimaraners are rowdy, happy dogs. Weimaraners need discipline and strong leadership from the very beginning. This is not a breed for an inexperienced owner. Weimaraners are very territorial. A Weimaraner needs to be with people. Weimaraners are excellent with children but should be supervised around little ones because of the energy and size of the dogs. A Weimaraner can live in an apartment if it has plenty of daily exercise.
