Personality: High Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Husker Weim Rescue, Inc, would like to introduce our energetic, great walking or running partner, eager to learn & catches on fast. Miss Luna, nicknamed Loonie Tune, is a young 2 yr old girl (full of puppiness) weimaraner/lab mix. This little blue/gray girl, weighs about 49 lbs. We recommend no young kids, no cats, best to be the only dog. She is slow to warm up, and will need a safe place to greet people. Once she gets to know you she becomes a cuddle pal (great to nap with). Miss Luna is looking forward to playing fetch with you in your fenced in backyard.

PIease Read Before Adopting a Weimaraner in Nebraska
Weimaraner Dogs can make good pets in Nebraska if they match your IifestyIe. The Weimaraner is a graceful gray gun dog. Weimaraners are rowdy, happy dogs. Weimaraners need discipline and strong leadership from the very beginning. This is not a breed for an inexperienced owner. Weimaraners are very territorial. A Weimaraner needs to be with people. Weimaraners are excellent with children but should be supervised around little ones because of the energy and size of the dogs. A Weimaraner can live in an apartment if it has plenty of daily exercise.
